Synopsis for Nope
Two siblings who run a California horse ranch discover something wonderful and sinister in the skies above, and the owner of an adjacent theme park tries to profit from the mysterious, otherworldly phenomenon.

Anthony: So, the trailer does reveal that there is a UFO, right? In the second trailer.
Helen: Yeah.
David: I do believe so, yeah.
Helen: I went into this knowing there was aliens. And I don’t think that was too shocking. It happens pretty early on.
Anthony: So what were your initial takes because I think you’re probably the biggest Jordan Peele fan out of the 3 of us, David?
David: Really? I’m not even that big of a fan of his. But I know you’re very…you’ve had some epic rants about Jordan Peele on the podcast, so, yeah. You really didn’t like Us. Did you like Get Out at all? I’m forgetting.
Anthony: I was disappointed by Get Out, but I understand why it’s a cultural piece of art and I understand the popularity of it, but it didn’t go far enough in my tastes. But I think I ended up giving it a 6 out of 10. So I don’t think it’s a bad movie. I think there are elements that really lower it for me. I think Us is a terrible movie. I’d give that a 4 out of 10 on a good day.
David: And I’m exactly where you are except one number up for each of those…
