Podcast Excerpt

Anthony: So I guess, before we talk about the movie, why is this a movie that was important to you and why did you choose to select it?

David: Well, obviously, one reason is because Crimes of the Future is coming out, the new Cronenberg film. So, after talking to you, I chose the horror focus for my selections, and this is pretty much my favorite Cronenberg movie, and I was like “All right, let’s throw this up near the top and see what you think about it.” I can’t remember: have you seen any Cronenberg stuff yet or was this your first?

Anthony: No, this was my first.

David: Ha ha! All right, your first is always a special one. Yeah, so I was super curious to talk to you about your experience of Videodrome and what you thought about it.

Anthony: Yeah, yeah. So, I guess one thing I wanted to ask you: when was the last time you saw this movie? Was it recent or has it been a while?
